Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied with an RMA NUMBER clearly written on the outside of the package.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Laptops are priced low because they are ordered directly from the manufacturer. In some cases they are returnable with prior authorization. A restock fee of up to 20% may apply. Software is in many cases a digital download and therefore not returnable. Once these orders are placed, unfortunately, these items are not returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your invoice).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Software that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged; and we are notified within the 14-day window. If they were damaged in shipment, immediately file a claim with the carrier. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and wait for an RMA NUMBER. Once an RMA number is given, be sure it is clearly marked on the outside of the package and send your item to: JSAS Technologies, LLC, 2207 Concord Pike #214, Wilmington Delaware US 19803.
YOU MUST CLEARLY WRITE THE APPROVED RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX YOU ARE RETURNING.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All products shipped from JSAS Technologies, LLC are FOB Wilmington, Los Angeles, San Jose, Atlanta, Chicago or the respective dispatch point or port from which embarked. Insurance is provided for items shipped above $250, however the buyer is responsible for loss of shipment. We will provide whatever documentation you may require to file with the carrier for reimbursement of your shipment.
